First of all, I should have known better and recognized the signs for this scam (No contact number, Have to sign up for their "VIP" service by paying with BTC only, etc.) but in my own defense, I am still pretty new to the online Bitcoin trading scene. However, I notice several other transactions on their site going to "expired" instead of "refunded to customer," so this tells me that others are also being scammed by this.
Report Details:
There is not any way to register for their service, other than the VIP service. They claim that VIP service is required of them to be able to purchase BTC with your paypal account. They offer $50 VIP, $80 VIP, and $150 VIP.
After signing up to purchase their VIP service, you are redirected to a payment screen that allows BTC payments only to receive your VIP account. After you select your package, a screen comes up with a BTC wallet receiving code that you must send your funds to buy this service.
After all of this, you can track your order on their website, as well as see "all" of the transactions taking place through their system. Example:

Any legitimate transaction sent to their service will get the status "expired" after about 2 hours of the "in Progress" status. They will not refund your payment back to the wallet receiving address that you supply, and they will not return your contact requests about the situation.
My guess is that they have a script running to generate several fake transactions at random intervals to make it look like people are able to successfully use their service.
Their "contact" option always claims that there are no available representatives online. I have tried for 3 days to contact them with no word, email, anything. So, I have officially experienced my first Bitcoin scam with a loss of $130 (not extremely terrible, but definately frustrating and a set back for proffiting in the online trade business).
I hope this helps anyone out there that might be trying to get into the business of trading BTC.
