They offer you a trial report but what you are really signing up for is monthly billing of 29.95 whether you use the service agin or not. My bank told me they have a lot of complaints about this outfil, knew about the obscure check box where you agree to be billed on an ongoing basis for the service. If you need the type of informatioln contained in public records there are a lot of legitimate suppliers that won't scam you or rip you off. Just run a google serce and you'll find plenty of legit one.
