 The installer of the device damaged the ignition. The car electrical was damaged and kept stalling and finally would not even turn over.  After the year was up, and it came time to remove the device, the installer would not come out to remove it since the car was not running. I had the car towed and two mechanics said they could not help since the interlock device damaged the car and they could not do anything to fix the car til the device was removed. And when they asked Instant Interlock if they (my mechanics) could remove it for me, Interlock refused. So had to have the car towed back and forth to the shop.Then they said they would come out and remove it for $50 extra. Then they never came out and weeks later they said they would again and never did..It the meantime they were continuing to charge fees for having the device on the car even tho it was not monitoring anything because the year was over. Then they said we had to pay for an extra month fees and $50 late fees even tho the court order was over a month prior. Then the billing department tried to overcharged us $170. They threatened my daughter with a felony if she had it removed by someone other than their facility even though it was over a month past the court ordered time and they would not cooperate in removing it. 

These people are scum, rude, make up fees as they go along and charged all kinds of fees that were never agreed to when it was installed. They threatened to arrest us if we did not return the device even tho they would not remove it. Do NOT deal with these people. Totally dishosnest, disrespectful and are making legal threats that I do not think they are allowed to do.

Total RIP OFF!!!!
