Instant Lending Group Exclusive Online Shopping Club, called/said preapproved for $1500/got personal info after I thought I verified trustee/convinced me legitimacy/got personal info/sold me a shopping card but then transferred me to education advisor, Internet

I received a call stating that I had been preapproved for $1500 loan.  I questioned legitimacy and pulled up the website she gave me and showed privacy protected by Trustee so I proceeded with personal info for application.  She then convinced me of a $2500 shopping card to reestablish credit then put me through to an education advisor.  I questioned what this had to do with the loan she assured me it would be finalized after I spoke with this person. 

When our conversation was over I asked to be transferred back when he didn't mention it and he knew nothing about it and said that that conversation was over.  I tried calling # back that showed up on my phone and it just keeps saying due to call volume can't be connected.  I tried to email them but no response on the website she gave me.  I just really feel like this is a scam after I googled the name.
