Instant Performer trading as Smile 4 You LCC Did not fulfill my order New York New York

I placed an order on Dec 8th. As per their website I was to get the package in 2 to 5 days. It never showed up. After several e-mails, they sent a tracking number http://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/?trackingnumber=9274899999147135004259. 

This is a fake tracking number, it has no proper delvery address. Even thou it was given at the time of placing the order.

Also the package is just circulation between the state of DE and Philadelphia, Pa.

I called DHL Global I was on the phone for 3hours hold. No one picked up. They are another scamers and riff offs. 

I called Instant performer's number and left about 12 messages at different timings their office is always closed. 

All I need at this point is my money back and please beware this company are scam/ con atrists.
