Instant rewards is a work from home referral program.  You refer people to complete trial offers and you are paid a commission for the trial offers your refferal completes.  The commission will varry depending on the trial offer and the amount of trial offers they complete.  I signed up under a friend of mine and then looked at all the trial offers this company has to offer.  I only completed the trial offers I was interested in.  One was PetPlus this is a prescription card for your pet to save on the medications.  I have an older dog and I thought this would be a good trial.  The initial cost of this trial offer was 4.95 and then a monthy subscription after that.  I went ahead signed up for the offer and was credited for it.  Next offer I did was Pimsleur Learning Center this was a cd course to teachs you another language I spent 9.95 for this offer and if I decede to continue it there is a monthly fee for that also, and I did get credited for this trial, the next trial I completed was Emusic the trial stated it was free but my card was charged 1.00, now this may just be a hold on my credit card they may have charged it to verify that it was a good card, there is also a monthy fee associated with this if I decide to keep it and emusic allows me to download music, next trial was freester tech support the initial charge on this was 2.00 and there is alos a monthly fee if I decide to keep it, this one offers tech support for computer problems, and the last trial I completed was for Godaddy, I purchased a domaine mane and was charged 10.17 initialy, there is also a charge on this after a year if I decide to keep it.

Now all of these trials I signed up for I had a genuine interest in and a need for.  I was also given credit for all of the trials that I signed up for with the exception of Godaddy.com.  I contactacted the support desk asking why I had not received credit for this and they came back requestion proof, now I am very organized when it come to this stuff and I save screen shots from my computer listing the terms of the trial, order confirmation on the trial ect.  I emailed my the following screen shots to instant rewards 1) screen shot confirming the order that showed order #, my name, my street address, and the amount charged, then I sent them a copy of the confirmation email from godaddy that confirmed my order details and amount charged and I sent a screen shot of my CC statement showing the amount that was charged to the card which was 10.17.  They came back with the response of sorry your MCR can not be processed GoDaddy only credits at 6.99 domain purchase or (7.17 with taxes) Please try another offer to complete your offer requirements, Thanks Valerie".  So I went back to instant rewards website and looked again and read the requirements for the GoDaddy offer.  The requirements on Instant Rewards Website state " Requirements:  A new user visits godaddy.com, searches for an available domain name, adds domain to shopping cart, is prompted to add privacy add-ons, is prompted to add hosting services, reviews order, creates a new account and enters payment information.  A valid conversion occurs when a user successfully makes a purchase of $7 of more (after tax). The user must be new to Go Daddy and cannot use a coupon code." As stated before I spent $10.17 after tax for my domain name with go daddy and I am a new customer and did not use any coupon codes. I replied back to Instant Rewards with a screen shot showing the requirements from there website and I have gotten no response and as of now no credit.

As of now I have spent a total of $28.07 to meet the credit requirements need to participate in there referal program, but due to the fact they will not give me credit for the Go Daddy trial (which was the most expensive one I signed up for) I sitll have not met the credit requirements.  I belive Instat Rewards should stand behind the information that is advertised on there website.  I followed all the terms that were listed on Instant Rewards website for this trial offer and was able to provide them with proof of this and they still denied me credit.  Also the person that referred me is being denied payment for referring me becuase they will not give me the credit for the Go Daddy trial, so that makes two of us that were ripped off by Instant rewards.

Did you contact the vendor?

AUTHOR: Jeremy - ()

POSTED: Friday, February 27, 2015

I submitted a rebuttal to a similar report asking the same question: Did you contact the vendor? In this case, that would be GoDaddy.

The way this company is set up is that the vendor submits the credit to Instant Rewards after you complete the offer. Instant Rewards does not give the credit without the vendor approval. Had you contacted GoDaddy and explained the situation to them, they could have submitted your credit to Instant Rewards provided they were in compliance.

You have to understand that Instant Rewards is just the affiliate marketing company, so if a vendor doesn't play by the rules, you can't blame Instant Rewards.

I never recommend GoDaddy to any of my prospective clients and I suggest other Instant Rewards members choose the offers they recommend wisely. I've had issues with GoDaddy in the past, but that's another report.

Instant Rewards is a great company that honors the credits as long as the vendor submits them correctly and pays commissions daily.

Also have problems

I also have a problem with Instant Rewards too. The offers I completed did credit. But a few days later they placed a hold on my account asking for my ID. I asked for a reason and they refuse to give me a reason. I have told them several times I will not give my ID out unless they give me additional info before I can give my ID and they refused. Then I asked them to close my account and they still refuse to. The admin also refuses to approve profiles changes after they placed a hold on my account and sends me harassing emails they it has been denied. I cannot promote them. The admins of Instant Rewards are very rude and very hostile. They won't let go of my personal information until I give them my ID as they are forcing it to happen as I feel they are trying to commit some type of fraud.

I do not agree with their terms as they refuse to follow their own terms. My advice do not join and enter any personal information on instantrewards.net as once you do, you will not able to delete as the admin keeps them for records and won't close or suspend your account as stated on their terms.

Stay away from Instant Rewards they are criminals using this work at home scam trying to con people into entering their personal information. Do not complete any offers on any of their sites.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

I had a similar problem.

I've been working with IFW's (Incentivized Freebie Websites) for a while now and haven't and a problem, but recently I started working with IRN (Instant Rewards Network) and had a similar problem.  They refused a credit for me when I was clearly able to prove that I completed the offer. What's more the customer support people were rude and unapologetic.

One of the aspects of this business is that you refer people to the IFW that you are working with.  If that IFW, IRN for instance, fails to uphold their end of the bargain and is also rude to the people you are referring, well it makes it very difficult to do business with them.  One thing I've noticed is that although many people are making money with IRN, nobody is making a lot of money.  This is probably why.

If you are interested in an IFW there are many out there to choose from.  I personally would stay away from this one.
