instant tax service-arkansas Yacob Chernet charged 600+ for tax prep, did not file all w2s, false promise for direct deposit Little Rock, Arkansas

I went with my last check stubs, chose the direct deposit option which didnt happen because i didnt pay in advance for it,  they did not file both check stubs from each job. Promised to amend and did not. Charged me $625 to prepare saying 117 dollars was a corporation fee, and a 98  dollar bank fee.

He could not tell me what these fees were and that I signed off on it and it is in my paper work.  It is in HIS file not my packet i recieved!!! He offered to only give me 100 dollars back. I declined and called my local atty general to find that I am not the only person with a complaint.

Called my local news station who went to speak to him and he declined.  Where do I go from here? He says my money went to the corporate office when i asked for the number there he said he was the owner!!!!! pissed off!!!
