Instant tax service Instant overcharged me for filling fees as well as submitted taxes without w2 forms i have never had a problem filling taxes before . they charged me 700.00 dollars for filling a simple tax return an Charlotte , North Carolina

i have been taken by instant tax service in Charlotte nc they promised us our taxes on jan 27 2012 after they filed my taxes with out my signature or my w2 form. now i am being reviewed by the irs for possible mistakes that they made and to add insult to injury myself and about 100 other customers stood in line for hours trying to get our money.  i recieved part of my refund on the 30 of januarary they did not even call me to let me know that a check was there the irs gave me 1400 out of 6, 514.00
out of the 1400 i recieved 591.00 in which they took 800.00 dollars out 100.00 for the loan they gave me and 700 for filing fees.  all i can say is never again!
