Instant Tax Service is a complete fraud and the employees are liars!!!

I feel like a complete idiot because I fell for that trap for Instant Tax Service.
I filed my taxes with them three years ago and decided that it wasn't worth it any more because they took out too many fees. It was way more than what I was told.
And also when I was called to come pick up  my check I could barely hear the girl on the d**n phone.
Thank God, I just decided to just go out there.

So when I received a little thing in the mail from them offering some money; I instantly fell for their tricks. I should have known better; you know the saying anything that's too good to be true usually is.
So I went in to file my taxes.
First of all I didn't realize that it's illegal to file your taxes without the W-2; you are not allowed to use just the paystubs. When I pointed this out to the girl she didn't seem to care.

I was lied to by the woman who prepared my taxes. She told me that they would call me the next week and I was like okay.
I never received a phone call and when I called on Friday, I was lied to and said that my check would come next week. I was a little peeved but was like okay.
So like an idiot, I waited until next week and my check still didn't arrive.
I was pissed and called back. This resulted in a series of lies upon lies and lies. I was mad.
I finally read over the documents and discovered that in order to receive the "Refund Anticiaption Loan", that your federal tax refund has to be about $3,000.
I was completely floored. I couldn't believe it. I don't know too many people who has receives about three thousand dollars for their tax refund.
I don't know what's wrong with these people. I am hard working woman, trying to take care of my children, two little girls ages four and six and a sickly ten year old with asthma. I need that money so that I can keep my car on the road and take him the emergency room instead of having to call 911 and pay a fee for the ambulance.
I just don't know what to do any more.
