My daughter and I went thru instant tax service for a loan they said all we needed was our last paystub they never told us that getting the loan gives them permission to file our taxes and they did this with just my last paystub meanwhile I still had other w 2 that needed to be filed plus they didn't have any of my husbands w2s nor did he sign anything. I am contacting local news and a lawyer and I suggest everyone else does the same

That's what threw me. Normally, a "tax service" is not in the business of making loans unless they are tied to your taxes.
Best of luck untangling this one.

It wasn't an ral It was in Dec I got the loan. I have done them thru h and r block before all we had to do was pay it back when we got our taxes. How was I suppose to know they would file in Dec. Also they should have asked if we had any other income this year. I know with a ral they would do my taxes but this was not a ral

" My daughter and I went thru instant tax service for a loan "
Why would you expect a tax service to give you a loan (presumably a refund anticipation loan) without doing your taxes? Something doesn't add up.
