instant tax sevice Ripped off & jerked around! detroit, Michigan

I went to instant tax service for the instant loan of up to 1000 dollars, i got $50! they said my returned would be filed on January 17 2012 when the irs opened. I filed for there RAL service which is 24 to 48 hours to approve. I patiently waited the full 48 hours, nothing. So i called them, i left 2messages with the receptionist. Still no call back. I eventually called their call center. they gave a story about the irs shutting down for a day.  72 hours of waiting still nothing.. I called again to their call center, this time they said the office computers  crashed. but still no call from my tax preparer. long story short the 24 to 48 hour  return has now turned into  a waiting game with many bills hanging over me solely depending on the return of my refund. i attempted to retreive my paper being a dissatisfied customer according to there triple gaurantee. they denied my request. instant tax service is a rip off!
