Instantcheckmate FRAUD - HACKED INTO OUR ACCOUNTS TOOK $444.77 Internet

REALLY BAD COMPANY - We have called checkmate several times since we have been charged with fraudulent.  We (Linda & Ken Foreman), have never used checkmate services but they continue to charge us.  My husband and I told their representatives that we never signed up for your service.  But you they kept taking money out of our account 

We even got a letter from Key bank that there was fraud on our account. And cancelled Kenneth card.  And even with that they somehow continued to take money out.  Once, again we had to cancel our Mastercard/Debit card and it is costing me another $25.00.  They hacked into our accounts by charging $1.99 and $1.00 with the new credit card. Their charges on our account totals to $444.77 and we expect that our money returned.  I called them every month and was told by the representative that it would be taken care of.  It has not.  You have not stopped.  We have filed charges against this company with the Attorney General and Federal Trade Commission. 

Our bank even called checkmate on Friday, July 31, 2015 and the bank told you that this was fraud.  So, they cancelled the card again.  I talked with the representative while setting at customer service at my bank.  And told you that we did not know your company nor had either of us used your services.  But another charge came through once again.
