This company admits that they can not provide information from all States, all counties, nor all cities. They could not provide me with information on people living in Florida nor Maryland. And, they do not tell you this on their web site. You need to pay and complain first.

I was promised a refund but never received one. When I called back I was told that they had a record of my call but the CS Rep's info didn't state that a refund was requested. So. they gave me only 50% of my money back.
