I purchased and internet marketing program from Ken Reno at textmyreaders.com for $98. The software came with the full source code that could be edited to meet your needs. However the cource code never worked.

The website promised a 30 day "no questions asked" guarantee. I really had great ideas for the software so only wanted to ask the seller (Kenneth Reno) for guidance. His support email, or any contact info for that matter, was not listed on the site, so I had to find his other sites.

After searching InstantCommission.me and kennethreno.com, I was able to find 2 email addresses, both of which I emailed and voiced my concerns. Guess what? No reply! At this point, I just wanted a refund an move on.

Since a payed by paypal, I opened a dispute and still no correspondence with Ken Reno. Finally, I asked Paypal to step in and rule on the issue. Of course they were no help, ruling in favor of Ken Reno, on because it was not a shipped product.

He is a scam, a fraud and an unethical business man!

Long story short.  Ken Reno has been down this road before.  I did research at WarriorForum and found the same issues.  When will people realize that you can't treat your customers like dirt in this internet world in which we live in.  This stuff will come back to haunt you. 

My advice to Ken Reno and any other would be internet marketers is to get on top of your customer service issues or get out of the business.  If you don't plan on taking care of your customers then you're not going to be in the business long anyway.

I can't wait to see what his excuse is on this one.

Ken Reno has done this before. Go to WarriorForum.com, sign up, and do a search for Ken Reno and you'll see what I mean. He got himself involved in a world of BS over the same incident, plus he hangs out with questionable people.
