 I had seen some reviews on YouTube and online about Instasmile, so I thought it would be an OK company to go with in order to get Press on Veneers. I had wanted to do something about the gaps in my teeth. I decided to purchase the classic A1 for my top and bottom teeth for a total of $479. They sent two dental molds to me that had a tracking number. After attempting to do the molds, 2 seperate times, they contacted me and said they were not able to produce a set of veneers, which cost $479 and that they would deduct $100 for processing fee and molds, refunding me back a total of $379. They told me my refund would be back in my account by 10 business days. After 15 business days,I decided to follow up on the refund.

They told me it was still in processing and they would look into the accounting team. I don't think there is any accounting team. I believe there is only one person named James working in a Chicago location. Then I started looking online for anyone who reviewed and actually had to get a refund back. Then I started seeing people saying they were not getting a refund. Then I knew, I was going to run into trouble with them. I contacted Paypal to sort things out and open a claim because I had not received the item I paid for nor a refund. They provided the USPS tracking from the molds, in order to provide "evidence", that I did infact receive an item, causing the case to close. They are a scammer company. I am so glad I didn't order anything anymore expensive because some of their products cost over $700. I will try to contact PayPal in order to reopen the case.
