I followed a weblink to for a free trial of a weightloss product.

I read every page of the website looking specifically for additional charges, etc. I found nothing on any page. However, buried in the Terms of Service Agreement, there is a blurb saying a charge of $19.95 a month will be charged to my card. I recieved no additional products or services for this charge.

The initial package that arrived had inedible diet cookies and a bottle of worthless pills that I eventually threw away and forgot all about.

I noticed the first charge on my credit card last month, followed by another this month. I contacted my bank, who helped me contact the business where I cancelled my "account". They refused to return my money.
