Institute DerMed, Atlanta,Ga TCA peel did not peel,Herbal Mask results in charred skin, NO REFUND Atlanta Georgia

I went to Institure DerMed in Atlanta, Ga for a Jessner peel, the technician (forced a TCA on me stating that it was so much better and the Jessner was not good enough-10x).  I allowed her to do it. After 10 day, only 5% peeled leaving my skin tight, leathery, wrinkled and distorted since it never peeled. They told me to do a Herbal Mask which was part of their treatment, it left my skinned charred and raw (like a second degree burn), my face is still leathery, tight, rough, and now charred. I had been asking for a refund of the TCA, manager said only the owner could refund. She said owner would not refund. I aked owner to call me, after a heated exchange, owner refused to refund anything, I send her 15 photos of my skin as described, that it did not work, and she still would not refund money. Said this was normal. I have had 10 Jessner peels and NEVER had this result. She said none of her services are guaranteed and would not refund my money even after seeing what they did to my skin.
