Insurance Innovations Ripoff when cancelling policy Internet

 I called monday to cancel our medical and prescription policies because both my husband and I now have coverage through our employers. I waited on hold for about an hour then hung up. So I sent an email and finally heard back via email that the medical policy was cancelled as of 4/10. The prediction policy won't cancel till 5/15. Do I called to see why am I paying got a month the policy isn't needed and I was told they can change the date to cancel today and that the ninth was paid for on 4/6th. There wasn't a note about a refund and since j was out of the 90 day free look I am not able to get a refund. Simply put I paid for services not rendered. I don't have money to waste either
