I called to get a new insurance policy for the Affordable Care act because our company doesn't offer insurance. So we have to purchase our own. I called this company and they told me it was full coverage and that we would have exactly what we wanted. They pushed me to sign the paperwork on my phone since it was small, I couldn't read it and they had kept me on the phone for an hour already.

I have terrible migraines, so I am looking into bariatric surgery to help with weight loss.  I was told that I had to speak with a representative because most affordable care policies do not have bariatrics. So that's what I tried to do.

They charged us $560 and said each month following would only be $405... only. We knew that would be difficult for us to pay, but it was important to have bariatrics as an option... so we consented.

This is NOT full coverage. It is does not cover anything. I tried to make an appointment with my dr and they couldn't even find the insurance company in their system. It was an official website and process, but they are frauds.
