Legion Limited Medical Axis, HII Insurance Solutions misled and gave wrong information about insurance plan to 23 year old California

My son is 23 and needed to get insurance.  A man named Mark called and told him about the insurance plan that would be "perfect" for him and fit in his budget.  My son uses the doctor about once or twice per year for wellness checks, lab tests, etc.  Mark neglected to inform my son that there would be a total of $25 paid toward lab bills.  He is now stuck with an $844 bill from scripps clinic.  I am so disappointed that this happened.  He was trying to do the right thing and be an adult and this guy took complete advantage of him.  He does not have the money to pay it and is now stuck.
