Healthplan.com Insuresmart claims to offer consumers affordable insurance regardless of health condition, Company does not return phone calls, Buyers beware consumer fraud ripoff fraudulent ripoff business Atlanta Georgia

I saw the health company's advertisement online and decide it might be a legitimate business. After filling out an online application I was told, I was approved and would be contacted by phone. On June the 15,2003 I was contacted by a Insuresmart representative and told that I needed to pay a $179.00 dollar enrollment fee and that my coverage would began on July 1st. My account was debited the next day June 16,2003. I've tried every since that day to contact company. The automated system sends you to a Laurie Upchurches 1-800-432-5847 who never returned any of my messages.

I've gone online to find the authorized agent in NC and was given the name Rick Preistart # 1-770-521-9229 ext. 102.

It is now August and for almost two months now I've been on the phone calling this company to no avail. I would not want any other customer to be taken advantage of by this Insuresmart.

I'm without insurance, out of almost two hundred dollars, but a hell of a lot wiser.
One mad as Hell Consumer!!!!
