We do NOT recommend InSync Litigation Support.

The company is highly disorganized.  They exhibited a total failure of communication and sloppiness.  These factors resulted in a gross waste of time on a time sensitive matter and repeated unnecessary efforts, including to a wrong location on an entity that they themselves assured us they were fully familiar with and had just served days before our assignment.  Unbelievably, this company has since flooded me with bills that are not only grossly, and improperly, inflated but further seek to charge me for their wasteful incompetence.

Adding to the dissatisfaction with this company is that efforts to address what was a clear failure of professionalism, communication and competence with management were met not with good faith or an interest in resolving the issues but instead with flagrant rudeness and outright bullying.

In sum, we found InSync management unethical in their billing practices and fostering a culture of incompetence among their staff.  While we are glad it became so immediately apparent that this is not a company we wish to do business with, we continue to be inundated with bills for charges this company racked up either illicitly or through their plain incompetence.

inSync solicits and appreciates client feedback

AUTHOR: David Glasser - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 18, 2015

inSync appreciates feedback from our clients, and there is a banner on the homepage of our Web site actively soliciting client feedback, anonymously or – preferably – with contact information so that we can follow up to resolve outstanding issues. I also encourage clients to contact me directly so that I can understand the particulars and work toward a resolution.

inSync is a trusted resource for the NYC legal community when documents need to be served, filed or retrieved. Our thousands of satisfied clients are the reason why inSync Litigation Support has been voted the No. 1 “Best Attorney Services Firm” for the past two consecutive years by the many readers of the New York Law Journal. In 2014 our Process Service department earned inSync additional recognition by winning the No. 2 spot as the “Best Process Server” in the same Reader Rankings survey.
