On March second of 2005 I got this phone call with what sounded like a pretty cool offer. Integra Financial Benefits told me I was preapproved for a 2000 dollar UNSECURED Mastercard. They told me everything I wanted to hear about it and led me to believe that I was actually getting it.

I was then taken to a recording process where another female assited me. I got up to the end of the recording where it vagueley mentioned that there was an offer for a STORED VALUE mastercard. From there, I said no. The recording was interrupted by the female operator and she says "WHAT? you said NO?" I responded and told her that I wasn't interested in a stored value card. She claimed that it was in fact an UNSECURED card and that the stored value meant that my card was protected by them. I was then taken back through the recording process and completed it.

They took the money out of my account but no card came as promised. I attempted to call them back at thier customer service number which is 1-866-848-6234 and got ahold of a female operator. I told her I wanted my money back and she said no and that I couldnt because I was recorded authorizing them to take money out of my account.

BOTTOM LINE HERE.... If YOU have been involved in this scam, CALL your bank and talk to the check fraud department and inform them of what happened. More than likely your bank will fund you back your money. IF that doesn't work, the BEST thing to do is to call Integra's processing center. This is the center that deals with the funds being drafted out of your account FOR Integra. Call 949 729 1400 and explain to them what happened to you. You will then be transferred to an associate who can further assist you, and will more than likely put the money right back into your account! DO IT! IT WORKED FOR ME!

ALSO, due to the fact that they are a company operating out of CANADA, call the Phone Busters hotline and file a report with them. They are a Canadian Agency that does nothing but deals with telephone fraud all day long. Thier number is 1 888 495 8501. Just tell them your story as well and file a report, the more reports the quicker Integra will be busted and shut down.

I GIVE ALL OF MY CREDIT TO THE POSTING OF JANELLE THANKS SO MUCH PAL! GOOD WORK!
