Integra Financial ripoff Champlain New York

I have been trying to rebuild my credit, so I have been applying for different credit cards online. In the beginning of February of this year, I received a call from a gentlemen claiming I had been approved for a Mastercard. He told me the credit limit was going to be $2,000, but that he needed to take out $249.00 out of my checking account for setup fees. I thought that sounded kind of funny, but I went ahead and said okay. He said the card would have 0% interest for three years, and it would be in the mail within 7-14 days.

In the beginning of March I called the "Customer service number" and the lady told me they were a little behind and it would be a couple more weeks. In April I still saw nothing. I called again and spoke with a "supervisor" who was very rude to me. I asked her to please put the money back into my account she said they were not the ones who took the money out. When I had asked her who did she replied with, "you should know who took the money out of your account." She finally told me that Integra Financial took the money out. She did not have a phone number for them(strange if you ask me) but she did have the address. I then called my bank and told them what was going on.

At the beginning of May I called the customer service number again, and they lady who answered the phone said I sure have the card within a week. Now it is the beginning of June and no card. I was online just this morning trying to see if I could find another phone number for them and Rip off. com showed up with someone telling his story about what happened to him with the same company! What a shocker!
