Integrated Debt Solutions charged us $2000.00 to help us modify our home loan. They rejected offers for us without notifying us, they did nothing but tell us everything was ok. We received a notice that our home was sold at auction back to the bank and they still did nothing. they made me do all the work. I had to find out who the REO was as they stated they could not get the information. I did in one phone call. Now they are refusing to give us our money back and they will not return our calls. One rep named Steve actually told my husband that they had families to feed and we had some nerve asking for our money back. They did nothing to help us what so ever. Needless to say because of them we lost our home.
