Integrated Mortgage Solutions Prestige Management, LLC Sells Fake and Worthless Mailing Lists - Committing Fraud - Scam Artists and LIARS - BEWARE!!!!!!!! Edwardsville, Illinois

I was just another victim of this fraudulent company!  Please beware when dealing with either Prestige Management, LLC or Integrated Mortgage Solutions.

They will contact you and say they have a list of "PREQUALIFIED" mortgage applicants that they compile via telemarketing and mailings.  THIS IS A LIE!!!! 

They will tell you everything you want to hear and promise anything to get your credit card number.  Then, they immediately charge your card even before you sign the contract and read the fine print.

After they charge your card you will not get any return calls or emails.  I dealt with the supposed "SALES MANAGER" Sean Quinn - who is the biggest liar I have ever seen. 

After emailing and calling continuously and complaining - I received a totally bogus list that had all of the names duplicated on it.  None of the people on the list qualified for what I needed - the criteria did not match what I ordered.  This was a useless list that I could have gotten for free off whitepages or superpages.  It is all 100% worthless and useless information - intentional fraud.

I urge everyone to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of IL and also with the Illinois Attorney General and post this farce on every web site they can find until this scum is put out of business.  Another option is to also file a suit in small claims court against them all.
