Integrated Services Integrated Services Collections; Richard Rollins (one who contact us) and, Jim Peters (one in charge) both have same/similar voice..go figure. Debt/collection was for my daughter... we both got call/messages and we both called back talked to Richard Rollins he called each of us irreponsible and "SCUMBAGS' and I think even called my daughter a lowlife scumbag maybe even 's**t". I called back once we got call once account canceled and going to "court" and i spoke with Jim Peters who is "in charge" He did not seem to care of his personnel doing "Nam calling" . and was basically rude to me as well saying we were irresponsible.. Definitely NON professional unknown Nationwide

My daughter had borrowed money from one of those Cash-Check Loan places, I believe $300. Apparently was unable to pay it off so they took to this collection agency: Integrated Services. She does not remember getting any bills/statements in the mail at all.. Whether got lost in the mail or not sent at all. Maybe just got cals but did not see any paper statments come thru the mail....

We both got phone calls/messages from this one rep from Integrated Services -- RIchard Rollins-- .saying to collect a debt on my daugher's behalf to call and handle immediately . My daughter lost her job it was difficult for her to pay it off let alone pay them for that debt. They made it sound like I had to be responsible for her carelessness  for her irresponsibility. I did not like them calling my personal cell and they said it was given to them..and my daughrer deny she gave to them or the loan company.(who knows but still they should only call her not me).  I requested them to send email of the statement  so I can look at it..He said he could email to my daughter's email not mine and I said ok. Well we could not find the email it was all junk and got lost so not sure he sent.. It was bad enough we never received a paper statement and he barely questioned that part.

So anyway early this morning a little after 5:30 a.m. (PST) I had phone call from that RIchard Rollins and I guess he also called my daughter shortly after  (this is Friday early morning after Thanksgiving..still MY holiday time  but ruined by this early call awakening)..  I called him back and was not happy with the early call as  it is and said if you please send again the statement we could not find the email we could handle it..and he said too late it has to be now/today.. and he was very rude on the phone saying my daughter is very irresponsible she promised to pay and the check did not go thru.. etc etc.. and then he called me a "scumbag" and he was all out rude and i told him he was very non-professional and I would report him to whoever in charge there he laughted and said go ahead and hung up.  My daughrer told me he called her a scumbag as well and might have called her  a 's**t' as well..

I got a call from their main number I guess a computer call saying it s going to court..etc etc. I called them back at that number and asked who in charge  the guy who answered said he is in charge.. i asked his name.. Jim Peters (his voice sounded just like the RIchard Rollins guy..go figure hmm). I told him i wanted to report one of his worders being extremely rude  and gave his name.. he says he might see him using 'scumbag' word bot not 's**t' word and said it wouldnt matter much anyway cuz there wont be any more calls being it  is going to next step of coung to court  but he would "listen to the phone recordings and take appropriate action"..Yeah right I doubt he will.

All in all both men were rude and I wouldnt be surprised if the same person and a scam.. but will see if we ever do get the Court documents in the mail...But I did notice other complaints in here so glad we not alone so hopefully this is resolved.. next step is reporting to BBB.
