Integretel, American Premium Warehouse, Voice Express ripoff San Jose, California

My mom called me with a extra charge on her phone bill, that these people said that I had set up. Well I had to go through three different companies to find out where the charge came from. Integretel told me that it was a 1X Emergency VM set up.

To find out more I had to call American Premium Warehouse. I was never able to find any information about this company. Not a phone number or anything. The phone number that integretel gave me for APW was the number for Voice Express. So come to find out this charge was through a "free gas card" promotion that I had filled out. It had surveys that had to be filled out so i got out of it not realizing that by solely filling out my info that they would charge me for the service reguardless.

Anyways voice express told me that the website the charge came from was avteractive.com yet this site doesn't exist. There is however a adteractive.com So maybe this is the right one. Anyways they billed my mom's phone without even checking to see if I had any type of authority to bill her account. (which I don't) Some how this seems like it should be illegal. They did however credit my mothers account back, but this whole ordeal has been a headache.
