Integretel - Web AccessZZ - WebZZ ripoff Plantation, Florida Internet

We also received in our latest phone bill a charge from Integretel for charges: Web AccessZZ. The call (web) supposedly took place at 3 p.m. June 21, 2005. The bill indicated we owed $48.80 for an 11 min. call.

I called Integretel at 1-800-736-7500 today 7/21/05 and talked to Renee. Of course you have already heard from other people who called Integretel and were told the charges were legitimate and must be paid. When asked by Renee what I expected I said I wasn't going to pay their charges listed on the bill. She offered me a 50% discount. I said no, I wasn't going to pay anything. She then agreed to remove the charges 100%.

Key: be firm. Do not compromise and pay anything if you did not knowingly use the service. Your phone company must give you free, upon request, a 900# block on your phone service: FCC ruling.

My conversation ended by me telling Renee she had been helpful and that she should seek other employment. There are better jobs other than acting on behalf of Russian rip-off artists: Web Accesszz.
