I noticed unidentified charges on my phone bill from Integretel, in the amount of $44.20. I telephoned SBC Ameritech who gave me Integretel's 800 number. Integretel removed the charges, but think how many people don't notice the covertly downloaded dialer, and thus pay the charges. Also consider that some persons do not know how to go about removing the charges, or think they must pay; in these cases also, the ripoff charges work!
If its believed that charges like this are noticed and taken care of, consider that Integretel could not remain in business if that were the case. Please do not be dissuaded from acting against Integretel, due to Integretel personnel being very nice about removing the charges -its part of the game! Cal Calumet
