Integretel Ripoff bogus bill for call placed to InfoServicZZ by my fax machine Internet

I received a bill from my local phone company with a $40.00 charge from Integretel for a two minute phone call made by my fax machine in the middle of the night. My fax machine allegedly called InfoServicZZ. I called my phone company and they informed me that they had received numerout calls with the same complaint. I contacted Integretel @ 800-736-7500 and they told me they would credit me 50% of the call if I agreed to pay the remaining 50%. I explained to them that the phone number they billed was a fax maching and they were not the least bit interested.

They told me if I didn't pay, the bill would be turned over to a collection agency. I called back after the first representative hung up on me and spoke with a supervisor. He agreed to credit me the $40.00 if I would give him my home address.
