Integretel Sneaky billing Ripoff San Jose California

Last month I recieved an extra amount on my (qwest) phone bill for 60.93. I was told by my local phone service that they had not charged me this extra amount but a company called Integretel (?) did. When I called Integretel up they were less then helpful. They put the burden of finding dates of charges for instance on me. After several calls they finally agreed to take the charge off of my bill and told me that it would not happen again. My local phone company even told me that they would put a block on Integretel.

Imagine my suprise and outrage when I looked at my phone bill the next month and the discovered that the Integretel charges were back!

After doing some research on the web I discovered that this company has a long history of unethical behaviour. I have already sent in a complaint to the BBB and I urge more people to do so before anyone else gets ripped off by these crooks.
