I spoke with a mortgage broker at Integrity Home Mortgage, Puyallup, WA going by the name TC about a VA streamline refinance. TC claimed to be licensed to do VA/FHA loans. TC did a full pull on all three of my credit reports when It was made clear that the only requirement for this loan was to verify 12 months of on-time mortgage payments. My credit scores were all lowered because of the unnecessary pulling of my credit. I believe TC lied about being qualified to do a VA IRRRL for me and only wished to get my SSN to run DU and try to get me into convential refinance so he can make more momey. I never heard from TC again so I can't confirm. Phone calls to this establishment during their listed working hours leads to voice mail that states the business is closed. Info also has been submitted to the BBB, the WA state Atttorney general and WA mortgage brokers association. TC, thanks for being a liar and a thief. Did you get the impression I would put up with this when I spoke to you on the phone? I have just begun. More to follow.

#3 Consumer Comment

As a customer with Integrity Home Mortgage

AUTHOR: Jen_key - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 14, 2008

I have to start by stating that the above mentioned comments by the consumer shocked me greatly. My husband and I have been using Integrity Home Mortgage for a few months now, and the Owner and all employees have been nothing but kind, understanding, and gracious. I feel that there is no possible way that any member of this business would ever address any consumer in the manner mentioned above. Integrity Home Mortgage has demonstrated some of the highest level of ethics I have yet to see in the Mortgage Industry in my 6 years of experience. Greg and his staff members really go to bat for the consumer and their best interest. I have never once in my number of continuous and numerous phone calls ever been sent to voicemail or otherwise. The staff have answered my phone calls endlessly and always courteously. This company offers top notch service and consideration to the people who need it most. I feel that the initial response is both unfair and rash to this company. It is not a proper reflection of their companies' ethics or practices. I would personally recommend this company to anyone I know. I would suggest that the initial complainant do some research on practices and procedures before slandering a company who has done nothing more than follow rules and regulations.

VA streamline Response

AUTHOR: Integrty Home Mortgage, Inc. - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 13, 2008

In response to the complaint filed by Mr. ----.

I have spoken with TC, who is a loan officer for me, and asked about the incident described. TC did take the initial application from Mr. ---- and knew he wanted to do the VA streamlined program. As is for all loan applications taken it was then turned into the processing department and run thru the proper channels. First thing done is the data entry ( for a Va streamline refinance we do need the mortage rating, the way get the mortgage rating is to pull the credit report.

After pulling the report it appeared that the mortgage rating is current and paid as agreed. the next step is to scheduel an appointment to sit down with Mr. C------- and get the proper disclosures signed in order to be able to proceed with the submission of the loan package to the lender. As a mortgage professional it is responsibility of the loan officer to go over all options that would best fit the needs of the borrower and confirm the program chosen is the most beneficial to the client, not which will be the biggest money maker for the loan officer. we pride ourselves on being honest and up front with information for our borrowers and strive to provide not only the best loan but also to educate the borrower on mortgages. As of now we do not have a signed loan package to proceed. We are approved to do VA loans thru one of the lenders. We can proceed if he desires.

Upon being informed of the displeasure of Mr. ----- i personally attempted to call and got no answer. I will continue to try and reach him to clarify any misunderstanding he may have of my company, its employees and the way we conduct business. It seems unlikely he has tried to reach the office during normal business hours and been unable to contact someone here, we have someone on staff and if the voicemail is reached he would have the ability to leave a message and we would return his call as soon as possible.

The person you are so upset with is probably unemployed so I guess you just want to kick someone while they are down. You also stated that you do not even know all the facts.
