Their scumbag owner Deilluis acts like its no big deal to have 17 BBB complaints....That's 17 times IHS ignored a customer who gave them thousands of dollars for one of their low grade jobs,that customer had no choice but to to BBB to get justice... Integrity Home Solutions also has no in house installers,they use cheap,very low skilled sub contractors to their jobs,that work for any company that will pay them...that's why all of their jobs take forever to complete and they all turn out terrible...All this scumbag Deilluis cares about is getting your money,then he does the job with cheapest materials he can find to get job done and be done with you....The Attorney General has filed suit against them for violating states no call law...if scumbag Deilluis won't even follow that law,what else will he disregard...will they follow building codes,state regulations,zoning ,etc...i am betting dollars to doughnuts they will not...if you have a problem with one of their cheaply installed jobs in a few years,do you think they will honor their warranty...of course not....with a complete idiot goofball like Deilluis running things it's very doubtful this company will be around in a few years....Bill Deilluis Integrity Home Solutions....RIP..... ,

I've had to respond to several of these similar reviews obviously written by the same author.
It should be plainly clear that there was no contract between this complainant and Integrity Home Solutions. I am no longer speculating that this is a disgruntled ex-employee.
I will try to address each item as it is written.
Integrity Home Solutions is an accredited BBB member with an A+ rating. Yes, we do have 17 complaints. That's less than 1% of our volume of business.
We do not use "cheap sub-contractors". Most of our installers are in-house employees. Those that aren't employees are extreme professionals and have been working with us long enough to be offended by this commentary.
The rest of the ranting in this complaint is hardly worth my response. It is clearly an assemblage of nonsensical vague adjectives with no facts or details. To call the owner of this company any kind of name shows a certain level of intellect.
I encourage anyone who is researching a home improvement project to be logical and vigilant in his quest for quality and integrity.
