This response from the CEO is just a psychopathic as the nutjob who was harassing me. 

First off, I made this report to warn others away from your company so they don't have to change their number like I did because your 'contractor' whose job title in the ad posted was Launch Director (director usually meanst hey have people working under them and doesn't sound like a grunt contractor to me) would not stop texting me and harassing me.  He was extremely rude like you, now accusing me of 'attacking' your comany.  You want to apologize by making accusations of attacking when when all I did was file a report on my experience with your company.  My choice was about social responsibility, not attacking.  I would have to be fabricating a lie to slander your company to be 'attacking' but I provided a screen capture of the dialog which you and anyone else can read for yourself. 

Why can't you get ahold of me for this so-called apology?  Because I had to change my phone number nor would I now ever give it to you.  Yes, it is an anonymous report because I don't want to be harassed anymore! 

I don't want any apology because any good company would never violate anyone to begin with.  A person who is truly sorry never has to apologize because they're not insane enough to violate anyone.  I feel that this report was a valid ripoff because no one should ever have to change their number just from contacting and having a simple dialog with a company.  And the pathetic part is, your company screwed me over before any transaction even happened.   That just shows me it's not worth do any business with you.  Not all companies are nice and polite to people and potential customers and not all CEOs are sane.

To whom it may concern:

I am the CEO of the patent group being attacked in this complaint.  It has come to my attention that a former independent contractor engaged in inappropriate and unprofessional dialogue with the anonymous complainant of this report.

With regard to this report, it is important to note the following:

1) The opinions expressed by this independent contractor do not in any way represent the opinions, views, ideology, or professionalism of myself and the team of patent consultants at our patent group.

2) The named individual in this report ("PJ") was hired as an independent contractor to provide marketing services only and was promptly terminated in June 2015 upon discovery of this dialogue as his behavior falls grossly short of the professional standard we adhere to.

It is unfortunate that the individual who created this complaint chose not to initially report the behavior to our patent group as is published on our website, instead of going straight to this website. We do not defend in any way the conduct of this independent contractor; however, had this incident been reported directly to management, it would have been resolved swiftly and internally.
