In 2005, we contemplated in accepting credit cards. As it came to past, due to operations beyond our control, our company NEVER used the Integrity Payment Systems (IPS). Not one day! Not one Credit Card process!
At that time we NOTIFIED them. End of saga, right? NO. They pilfered money from our account!
Later down the road5yrs later we discovered instead of them abiding by the contract, upon termination. We discover that we were placed into some system?? (The where about of this system is unknown). They claim that this system contact information. It has no telephone number or email address, so that we cannot file a formal dispute order that we may file a dispute as of the nature of which this came about.
IPS took control of First Savings Banks name and (fraudulently) used "First Savings Bank" name. IPS stated that they were the last say so.
IPS misused the tool that is call Matching as a means of implementing this scam. This tool is for banks usage only. I was told that IPS was registered as a BANK! Not True. If they cant tell the truth about this what else are pulling the wool over our eyes about? This process is regulated under Federal law headings. There are certain guidelines that MUST be adhered to. With a process servicing company (having this power) and control and them (not) being regulated is a SCAM. There is too high of a probability of them misusing this tool towards a Scam. Using the name of the bank, the bank cant supervise them as to injuries to the public. There is no AUDITOR! Evident by the hiring of some guy in a basement and attempting collection in the name of the Bank! This is called RENT-A-BANK. Start a bank in your garage!
We discovered this Scam through a denying agency. The agency gave to us the reporting agency "First Savings Bank this became to be a falsehood. They are listed as the main reporting agency. Reason being? THEY ARE NOT REGULATED WITH THIS POWER. Turns out the telephone number belongs to a "David Press" who kept hanging up on me? He sounded like a "Home based" collection agency. He sound as though he was at home in bed. He answered and talked with a drugged "Hello" After speaking to Press, a Cathy called me 5 minutes later from IPS. (Without the benefit of me offering a number) This is how I discovered that "IPS" is not a Bank as represented to us. I requested that we be removed from their reporting system. IPS refused and stated that WE had a contract with them? Contract for what? AIR!
I contended that they never serviced us, (NOT) one day. They never serviced us and we NEVER used their business services! They claimed we used their services. NOT true. They took funds out of our account as a fake drive through! (Give us your account number for a drive threw) This is what they are claiming as doing business with them. The process is used in furthering their SCAM! The funds were never returned. In 2008 after reviewing the statement from OUR bank, we discovered that the account had been depleted, to the tune of $1,000.
This is frustrating. I spoke to a Greg VP of operations. I was promised a return call. It never came.
We reported them to the Federal Trade Commission #27291770. Feel free to add to the report! 1-877-382-4357. We also reported them to the Better Business Bureau of N. Illinois #94316492, report them! They have been reported to the tune of 12 times this year! Here is the BBB's complaint link. Good Luck!

Cancellation Fees

It's just simply not true that all merchant service providers have cancellation fees. We don't, never have, and we also have the cleanest record in the industry as far as complaints. I suggest you quit trying to mislead people as to what the industry standards is. I can assure you, your 26 complaints at the BBB is not industry standard.

Integrity Payment Systems Misunderstanding

Hi, I read your complaint and understand what happened. You wanted to accept credit cards and signed a contract with Integrity Payment Systems. The industry standard is a 3 year contract with a $295.00 penalty if you break the agreement early. All companies have a monthly minimum fee that can range from $25 to $40 a month depending. This is not in addition to other fees, but is a minimum fee if your other fees don't add up to much. This keeps people from opening acct's. they never intend to use. If you lease a terminal those are additional monthly fees.
Intergrity Payment Systems is the processor. They are not a bank and do not collect money from you. The bank they process through collects from you directly via ACH, which you agreed to if you signed the contract. Just because you never used the services does not excuse you from the terms of the contract. Nor does it give you the right to make misleading accuzations about the company. I do not work for Intertgrity, but I do work in the credit card industry. It is obvious that you didn't put much thought into your business plan, so it never got off the ground. And it's no surprize you didn't take the time to read the contract, or you read it but wished you never agreed to a 3 year binding contract.
I'm sorry for your expensive leason in life my friend. But aren't those the ones that we learn the most from? I'm not a gambler, but if I were, I would bet you read the next contract you sign.
Aloha friends. Live well.

Merchant signed a Merchant Processing Agreement with Integrity Payment Systems on June 8th, 2005 and her credit card terminal was downloaded on June 13th, 2005. I was deceived into downloading the terminal. This is proven by the fact that the terminal was still in the name of another merchant. Merchant started processing credit card transactions with Integrity Payment Systems in June, 2005. This is not the Truth. We would like to see the (proof) that any credit cards were process. Not the drive threw, but actual credit cards from customers. Is this too much to request???? Show PROOF.
The Merchant Processing Agreement stipulates that IPS will be paid for services rendered to the merchant account. There was never a Merchant Processing Agreement issued. If they have one it is a fraud and is bogus. There was only an application.
The Direct Deposit Account provided by Merchant was billed for the monthly fees in July, 2005 and these fees rejected due to account being closed. Not true. Fee's were taken from our Business account. They have another account for intake. Integrity Payment Systems (IPS) was sent a letter alerting them that all services would be terminated. They chose to ignore our alert. At that time we also questioned over $300 that was stated on the account that had been removed.
IPS did contact Merchant in an attempt to resolve this matter and at no time did Merchant express her desire to cancel her account. Not true. I was never contacted. In addition there is no cancellation letter from Merchant in the merchant file. David H Press, VP was never address. We never heard of Mr. Press until 2010. Presss telephone number was listed under the disguise of First Savings Bank on some agency report. Calls were forwarded to his home basement, where when he was contacted in (2010) by us. Where he repeatedly demonstrated rude behavior. Nothing can be solved by hanging up and with bullying tactics.
Minimum fees were charged again in August, September, October and November 2005. This is true! They charged for services not rendered. All fees were rejected by Merchants bank. Merchant did not abide by the contract she signed. There was no contract.
The account was closed on November 10th, 2005 due to the amount owed totaling $621.50 ($326.50 plus $295.00 early termination fee). Common sense dictates that if a company is not being paid and there are NO sales coming in, then why do they keep billing? June to November, according to their own statement. A total of 5 months. This is a perfect example of scamming.
Since the merchant account was terminated for cause, IPS was required to place this information on the Terminated Merchant File System (MATCH), per rules determined by MasterCard and Visa. ON 4 occasions we requested in receiving this information. We were told that we were not entitled. Further IPS is not authorized in submitting such information to this service. We requested under what authority they had. Our requests were denied.
Merchant contacted our customer service department on October 30th, 2008 regarding debits to her account in 2005. A request was made that Merchant provide documentation of the debits. Tell us this? Why should we provide documentation of some debit? When we are contesting (your) companys bogus debt? This does not make sense?
None was received. Merchant did not notify Integrity Payment Systems for three (3) years about any of this and at this time theres little that can be done. We were nxot aware of the fact that your company shimmy and scammed your way into our bank account, not until that time.
We were told that the account had been minus out by your company. This is the first we became aware and requested that you send to us all documentations and your company REFUSED.
On August 9th 2010 I spoke with Merchant who first stated that this was a fraudulent account. The first truth spoken. When we discovered that IPS was still in our lives, we could only begin to believe that this was a fraud and still know factually that it is. After I verified the information provided on the Merchant Processing Agreement Merchant stated that she wasnt going to pay IPS any money, became belligerent and the call was terminated. Mr. Press is delusional and I can only imagine how many times that he has used this scammed tacticTRUTH Press sounded as though he had been awoken. He began to fumble around. I simply asked what is this all regarding and he wanted to know who gave me his number. He began his typical collection agency bullying. I requested IPSs number. Press came across as a collection agency. He refused to give me IPS number. I must have had an effect on Press. Reason being, after he slammed the telephone down. 5 minutes later a Cathy from IPS returned my call.
Since a balance was owed I asked my collector Cathy to contact Merchant and determine how she was going to pay the outstanding balance. Again Merchant became belligerent. If you call requesting copies of this imaginary (contract) belligerent, then so be it. I am not one to argue with your scam tactics.
Integrity Payment Systems always conducts business in a formal and professional manner. Sorry Mr. Press you can say a lot about me, but you will be hard press to find anyone that would agree with you. Ive been in business for over 35yrs. I stay in a professional mode. I call with the intentions of getting down to the bottom of this and you prevented me. If you did not want anyone contacting you, you should remove your name from the (Match) system that is there for the other professionals in your game.
Integrity Payment Systems is owed these funds and expects payment from Merchant. If she pays the amount owed I will be happy to convey that information to any credit card processor Merchant decides to do business with so she should be able to find credit card processing. You are not black mailing us. You will remove the false information. You see Mr. Press you cant be nice with business people as yourself.
Unfortunately since Merchants account was terminated for cause Integrity Payment Systems can not remove Merchants account from the MATCH System as required by MasterCard and Visa regulations. Please show us this CAUSE. This is all we requested back in 2008 and again this year? What is so hard about that? This is a Simple and reasonable request. In fact we are entitled by Law in receiving this information.
In the interest of trying to resolve this issue IPS has waived the $295.00 early termination fee leaving a balance owed of $326.50 which were fees directly related to the timeframes in which Merchant was a customer of Integrity Payment Systems. Sorry, our bank account was raped by your company and we want full reimbursement. You have 10 days in returning the funds. Or we will do what for some reason, your company did not see fit in doing back in 2005.
As a point of clarification, First Savings Bank is a member of the MasterCard and Visa card associations. We are the exclusive service provider for FSB.
First Savings Bank has no recollection of your company. IPS is fraudulently using FSBs name. Your company is submitting information via their name falsely.
