Intel Marketing Group, LLC WILL rip you off!!! Los Angeles California

I work for BWC Mortgage and I paid $1000 for 50 leads over a 30-day period (40 leads + 10 "bonus" leads). Over the past two weeks, I've only received 15 of those leads. About half of THOSE leads said they were never contacted by anyone or they already have low fixed rates that I cannot beat.

I began calling Antonia (whose middle name is Roxanne--in case she goes by that name with other clients) last week. She is supposed to be my account manager and main contact person, but she has YET to return any of my calls. The people that answer the phone are clueless and will tell you that they know nothing about anything, except how to transfer your call to Antonia's voicemail.

I have asked repeatedly to speak to ANYONE else in a supervisory position within the company, but those individuals always seem to be conveniently out of the office and "should be back in 15 minutes." When I call back 15 minutes later, those same individuals (whose names they won't reveal), are still away. When I started asking more questions about the structure of the company and how they operate, I got hung up on several times.

IF, for some reason, Intel Marketing Group is just having a rough period and they DO fulfill the remainder of their obligation to me, I will post a retraction to this complaint. As of now, though, I recommend that you spend your money elsewhere on leads.
