I am angry and want to do something about it.

I ran a criminal background report on myself for my job via Intelius's website. Simple, run the report for a one time fee. That was it, I thought.

It has been almost a year since I did that report, come to find out that I was getting charged a monthly fee every since. Without my authorization, INTELIUS has been charging my CC account $19.95 for a service that they can't even explain to me.

You may be reading this wondering,"why didn't this guy look at his CC statements." Well, I did but it was under a 24 protection plus, which I assumed was my apple computer service fee. Nevertheless, it does not discount the fact that this company deceives its buyers by misrepresenting its 7 day trial offer. So, they can get your information to send to its marketing group, Adaptive Marketing to further the fraud.

After researching this company and finding this site, my anger continues to grow. How does one start a class action law suit? I want to be the first name on it.

Do not go to this site! It would be better to answer that email you got that states you won the lottery in east Africa!
