On 8/20/2014, I canceled my program with Intellibiz, Intellibiz-Bill Vaughn Real Estate program.  I emiled to the only contact I had under the name of Intellibiz before my 30 days where up to refund my monies and end my subscription.  They told me that they would end the subscription  and not pull any monies out of my account.  This email conversation took place all on 8/20/2014.  I emailed and they responed on 8/20/2014.  After this (I still have the emails with dates),  Intellibiz pulled $89.95 out of my account on 8/20/2014.  The very day I canceled this program.  They are in violation of my Rights to cancel before my 30 days where up!  Not only that, but what should have been pulled if I had stayed with them each month was under $50.00 per month.  They owe me my monies of $89.00 for the cancellation of this program and should be charged for fraud for the dollar amount quoted to me.

I did go to my bank and cancel my card so they could not pull any more money out.

Coral is not exactly honest

AUTHOR: Bill - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, November 18, 2014

Coral ordered our course on 8/20. She did NOT cancel her order, not then or at any time since. In fact, she submitted a survey after placing her order that was complimentary (copy provided upon request).

With her order she voluntarily signed up for the VIP Club that includes many benefits and extra services. The VIP Club is just $1.00 for a 30 day trial. The next time we heard from her was 9/10 when she requested we cancel her VIP Club membership, which we did on that date. We did not deduct anything from her account for the VIP Club, as she did cancel in the first 30 days.

She never returned the course, nor did she ever request a refund for the course, itself (89.95). She cannot expect to get a refund on a product she has kept, and still has. I can provide copies of all contact upon request, as federal law requires we retain them for 7 years.
