Intellicorp InTouch Wrong Data, No Refund, Terrible Customer Service, No Phone Number , Internet

I recently used their service for a general criminal background check.  You are not allowed to input any other information, other than name and state.  

I could not verify if it was the right person and indeed, it was not.  The checkout process is very deceiving as it makes the user think you have the right person.  It pulled another person with a similar name and there is no way to verify it.  I had to use another employment background check and the records did not match.

I contacted them for a refund but they denied it and did not follow up ever again.  I have the case and email conversation for proof, in case anybody wants to see it.

Unbelievable company, I would be very careful dealing with Intellicorp Intouch.  Pay a little extra for the right service, just wasted $16 on nothing.
