INTELLIDEBT ripoff deceitful liars SYOSSET New York

Intellidebt is such a rip off. I was told at the beginning of this program by a counselor that this program would actually help my credit score. Then I find out through my creditors that this program actually hurt my credit score . Now I have to wait 7 years after I terminate this program before I can can improve my score!!!!!! Then I was told by Intellidebt that after I terminate this program MY downpayment of $400 was not going to be returned. I am a single parent of 2 childen & I turned to Intellidebt to help me because I trusted them. $400.00 IS ALOT OF MONEY TO MY FAMILY. I contacted intellidebt 4 months into the program (over 2 years ago) and they told me that only part of my $400 would still be returned to me if I continued with the program. So I stayed on.

Last month I spoke to one of the counselors because I was close to reaching the end of my program. And well, wouldnt you know it now they tell me they are not refunding any of my $400 after I finish the program. You think they just told me that at the beginning so I wouldnt terminate the program & then they lose out on there monthly service fees? Now when I am a few months shy of finishing this program they tell me the exact opposite! INTELLIDEBT......WHAT A RIP OFF YOU ARE & SHAME ON YOU FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO ME!!!
