Shawn Peterson I originally came across due to him being removed from another call center. I was told there was some kind of internal issue with him and the center for late payments. I later found out he defrauded the call center of $8,500 (Call center 724Care based in the Philippines).

After I began running his campaign I started to notice there were odd things in his lead numbers. The percentages didn't make sense and even with volume change the numbers stayed the same. Basically he was tampering with my lead generation figures every week.

The system is based on performance Verengo Solar send Shawn Peterson a weekly report on a Tuesday and that would say how many of my leads qualified.

What really happened though was I would get Shawns report on a Friday/Saturday after he had tampered and removed 30% + of my leads in his favour. Verengo Solar still paid him but I was losing at least $2,000 per week every week for months.

During the time I worked with Shawn I discovered that 5 other call centers went bankrupt and he manipulated an hourly rate at another call center so low they couldn't even breakeven. This was done by forcing them into arrears payments when he knew they needed the funding.

End result is that call center is now bankrupt like the other 5. I removed myself from working with Shawn and found $5,000 missing from my final payment from Shawn Peterson.

Talking with other centers that have worked with him some hadn't been paid their final 3 weeks which would be over $10,000 and others simply lost 1 weeks money. All in all though Shawn Peterson has stolen over $100,000 from Call Centers just in the Philippines in the last 6 months!!

This guy needs to be stopped!
