Intelligender Never receive my order, NO customer service. Plano Texas

I ordered the item on 12/07/2015 with order#4005 and paid in full. The order status keep showing pending even on today 12/15/2015. I am wondering when I could receive my items because the website shows "Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt Monday through Friday and best efforts are used to ship the same day. Orders placed on Friday will not leave the U.S . postal service office until Monday. (PLEASE NOTE: 2 - 3 day shipping is for business days only. International orders will take 5 - 7 business days, depending on the overseas location.)". 

I contacted the website on 12/15/2015 and they only reply me with this:

"Hello,
Your order was cancelled and a refund issued as we are not shipping to California at this time.

Moms of IntelliGender"

Thats it? No more reason just because I lived in California and it is be comming my fault now?? What happen to the description on the web site that shows

All Domestic?? Since when California is no longer a part of U.S.??

This company's customer service is a joke. Look for other similar product or company to save your time. They don't take care their customers, of course, they don't care.
