They have sent me an email confirming my membership number for which I NEVER applied!! They gave me a membership number # 808605969. This is supposed be a trial membership!

I REFUSE TO BE A MEMBER OR PAY ANYTHING. Please help. Below is the copy of e-mail I received. Please help.
