Intelnetwireless.com fraudulence, unprofessionalism, deception, Ripoff Largo Maryland

I ordered a Cingular wireless cell phone (Sony Ericsson Z300) and received it 04/20/07 (under the impression it was Cingular but turned out to a 3rd party). Noticed it did not have the "smart chip" ( which was suppose to be inclusive). I called them back and a rep said that I needed to go to a retail store and get one, which was going to be another $25.00 ( the total being $75.00 compared to $49.99). I thus returned the phone using Fedex ( the courier), and Largo received it 04/30/07.
In the meantime wanting to find out what's going on, turns out there is no account, and trying to use my order# was almost an impossibility.
Earlier today, after having spoken to them a week ago , they say that it still hasn't been delivered ( where it is exactly 1 month to this day they did). I even asked Fedex who signed for it (they gave me his name), called them back and said that I "just" finished speaking to Fedex and they gave me the name of the person who signed.
They come back after an approximate 5 minute hold and say that they did recieve it but it's been basically sitting in the warehouse, and whoever takes care of refunds, etc hasn't reported it returned.
They then said it will take now 5-7 working days in order for me to get reimbursed.
So, guess what? Don't use this company! Or, if there are other reports on this company , then attention needs to be truly drawn.
