I received the exact same letter, that I won 120,000.00, I was sent a check of 1,998.00 to help pay taxes for the prize, and call 1-705-770-2782 for VAlidation and details, I thought it was so strange, some of the words were spanish, like "cheque" instead of check, and "presidente" at the signature, anyway, I called, what did I have to lose?

The number was in canada, I called through the computer not to reveal my phone number, they told me to cash the check, and go to Western Union, and fill the senders form with my information phone number with area code, and in the receivers the "NAME OF ANYONE IN MY FAMILY WITH THE SAME LAST NAME AS YOURS" they said, to the following address PEA Prince Edward Allen, Charlotte, Canada. and only send 18**,** something because the rest was for the Western Union fee. Then I would have a control number with which I should call again... then I lost the call, lucky for me, then I realized the part of the member of my family, I don't know if the check is good, but I know these people can't be, they probably are in money laundry or something.

the check is issued by a MELLON BANK, I checked the address and it seems almost the same but its not. and the envelope, said "From anywhere to anyone!!!"
so its fraud. don't fall for it. be extremely carefull with everything you receive either by mail or email, mine was by mail but other people have received it by email winning 4,000,000.00 could you survive that?
