This is supposed to be an elite dating service for professionals who want a relationship. The service sets up your profile, screens applicants, and supposedly runs background checks. The salesperson tells you that you will be "actively dating" in hopes of a relationship. I was very excited as I had been referred by someone who had had success. I paid the very large fee. It was noted the man would call to schedule the date, keep it short, and the man would pay for the date. Unfortunately I kept getting only pieces of paper in the mail with no calls. I went on 1 date in 2 months and the person was not even an active member. I received 3 other calls. One, the person was supposed to call me the next week when back in town, but never did. The 2nd person I scheduled a day to go on a date, he text me a few times until then, was supposed to touch base the day before, but never did, nor did he touch base the day of the date. The 3rd person was not an active member and wanted children (something that was a deal breaker for me) At that time I had been calling the service at least 1 time a week along with emails to get started on the "actively dating" which was very frustrating. Elaine noted that my situation was definately not what it should be and would personally call people before sending me another profile. However, in the meantime I received a threatning text from the 2nd person noted above (whom I never even went out with) stating harm he would do to me if he saw me out in person. You can likely understand how this was turning into a nightmare and asked Elaine for a refund. No refund, but she will add on to my membership (LOL) She states she has plenty of members, which I thought may have been the issue, but she denied. She states she cares about her customers. I will let you be the judge of this. I have emails to prove what I am stating here, along with text message threating me (which was sent to Elaine). This has turned out to be a scam and I will tell you where there is smoke there is fire. I will be going through a lot of aggravation to attempt to get my money back. My poor friend who referred me feels awful and will not refer anyone else as it stands now she doesnt want to take the risk of leading another friend down this path. I tried to make a complaint on the better business bureau and boy is that a big run around. Likely others have had issues and could not get a coplaint there either. Please be ware and be careful if you think your credit card will simply refund, this is a big hassle and may not happen.

Dear Kristina, I am not this person that you make me out to be and I also could bring witnesses to court , but I would much rather find you that special someone which is why you joined in the 1st place . I just sent you a very handsome frenchman that I think you will enjoy. He just joined. Kristina Iam willing to make sure you meet that special person , as I told you before , sometime it just takes longer than others . Again the person who referred you put herself on hold numerous times and always met every referral and finally met her husband . Her husbands friend found her match quicker and said he was beyond any of her expectations. SO HAPPY! That is what makes me feel good and continue to do this. I'm sorry that your so full of hatred for me . My business has been here since 1997, and i have so many marriages and engagements and even babies born. I'm still willing to help you find your love.

Wow...tickets to the theatre...that is very interesting..and not true...this lie you also stated in BBB complaint response but now you add he had tickets to the theatre...people ask yourself why would i pay a fee to get dates and then refuse them and be rude...because i have nothing else to do with my time. Feel free to contact me and i will furnish you with proof in writing of my claim. Also read yelp and other reviews on this business and decide for yourself...she says she cares for her clients, do i seem like a satisfied customer? She will treat your concerns like mine..buyer beware. Elaine keep in mind all these lies when i sue you for a refund and call to witness all these people you have created stories about...keep putting lies in writing for me ;)

I care very much about my clients. As you stated you were a referral of someone but you didnt state that they are since married through me and another friend that they referred has gotten engaged , also their other refererals are having a good time and dating. One of the gentlemen who owns an energy company tried to make a date with you as he had been out of town when we first sent intro to you, but you refused to meet him ( his name was "John". The man who you said was rude to you was angry as you broke the date last minute and he had tickets to the theatre. We would still be willing to introduce you to some of the very new clients that just joined. We understand your frustration but we are willing to start over fresh and make you happy. You joined to meet the right person and we can still do that for you. The person that referred you was in for a year with and met lots of men before her husband. We made both of them happy. and we make someone happy every day. A dentist and his significent other that he met through me are getting married next year.
