Due to a glitch on this horrid rip off Casino site their payment processor took 2 lots of £25.00 off me, instead of 1 lot of £25.00 of my debit Mastercard.
I was horrified when I saw this so went on to live chat.
The operator was abusive, evasive and tried all ways to fob me off saying this could not be done.
I then asked to speak with a manager, but hey h*o, how convenient - none were available at 3 pm in the afternoon on a week day!
I emailed in demanding a refund having not played any games with the deposit, only to get another fob off to say:

You may request to withdraw any winnings once the deposited funds have been wagered in full. There are no active bonuses on the account.
Should you require further information on this matter or have any other queries regarding your account please do not hesitate to contact us.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but we trust that you appreciate the requirement for maintaining high security standards and fair game play.

Nowhere in their hideous terms and conditions does it tell you what needs to be deposited in order to withdraw. Even my bank told me this is wrong.
If any of you have contacts in law enforcement, credit card processing, merchant banking, the Gambling Commission or any other governing authority of relevance, or the media please will you pass this on to them?
I contacted my bank and they are going to try and fight them to get my money back, but my concern is that if they don't succeed I lose £50 which I can ill afford to lose.
I do not want this to happen to you and others, so please spread the word and go viral with this, because we need to stop these rogues and con merchants from stealing other people's money and spoiling their entertainment on line.
