Intergrity Air Over charged Phoenix, Arizona

 

I was recently charged $179.00 to install a thermostat and & $140.00 to inspect my two units.  The tech was informed that I had a high gas bill the prior month.  He explained to find the problem he would have to do a tune up on both units to identify the problems. The price was not disclosed. Ten minutes later he indicated the problem was my upstairs thermo sate needed to be replaced.  He indicated the cost would be $179.00 being they used contractor grade thermostat, in all the tech was at my home for 30 minutes and a bill of $319.00 was given.

In researching the cost of the so-called high grade contractor only thermostat I ordered one on-line from Amazon for $35.00 and had it installed for free while Cool Blew air was out to service my units for summer for free as a courtesy.
The owner of Integrity Air said you pay for what you get and felt his inflated unexplained prices were justified.  He in fact added a stop payment charge to my credit card which was not authorized.
