Interim Healthcare in Denver is the worst healthcare company ever. I needed help with household management and my insurance ordered them. They came in and did an assessment and initially it looked kind of professional. But the first person show up and she worked the first day fine. The second person came and she was just sitting and did any work. She was just explaining about her life and how bad the company is. She told me that she is in financial problems and but she knows the owner of the company that is why she employed there. I send her home because she was in my house to talk about her problems at home.

The other employee that was coming she started complaining about the paycheck as well. She always told me that she doesn't have money to come to my house and asked me for money for her commute to my house. I told her I don't have money to give her and she started damaging item in my house hold. I saw damage in the kitchen cabinet door. I escalated the problem to the Manager Christine. she told me I don't have evidence that their home care personal caused the damage. I told her I can't get around the house and I can't prove to her but the damage was not there before. With no consequence for their employee, the employee continued damaging items in my household.

Every time I asked her to do clean something she damaged something. While she was cleaning she was denting and scratching the hardwood floors, damaging the countertops in the kitchen. I have dinning table there was no dents and scratched on it and she completely scratched the surface. She told me "you house is falling apart." When their personal first came to my house she said you house looks like new and when she left my house hold items where damaged. She also told me that she doesn't like to clean and she doesn't  even clean at her house. She didn't show up a few time because she didn't have money for the gas.

Be aware don't hire this company their personals are incompetent and the manager and the board of the company doesn't do anything about it.
